By accessing and using the QuickFaire website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Nature of Service (Marketplace Only)
QuickFaire is a communications platform which enables connections between Users ("Customers") and third-party independent contractors ("Service Providers").
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
QuickFaire DOES NOT provide the services directly. We are a marketplace. Service Providers are independent contractors and NOT employees of QuickFaire. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Service Provider or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Violating any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
- Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
4. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall QuickFaire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
